Love, Joy, Peace...
WHAT WE BELIEVE

Rooted in Scripture. Centered on Jesus. Led by the Spirit.

We are a welcoming, Bible-teaching, elder-led church. Our convictions reflect historic, orthodox Christianity and the authority of God’s Word. Below is a concise summary of our beliefs; a full Statement of Faith is available at the link below.
Scripture

The Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God and our final authority in all matters of faith and life (2 Tim. 3:16–17; 2 Pet. 1:20–21).

God

There is one God—eternally existing in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—equal in power and glory; perfect in holiness, wisdom, justice, and love (Deut. 6:4; Matt. 28:19).

Jesus Christ

Jesus is fully God and fully man; born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died a substitutionary death on the cross, rose bodily from the grave, and will return in glory to judge the living and the dead (John 1:1–14; 1 Cor. 15:3–4).

The Holy Spirit

The Spirit regenerates, indwells, empowers, and gifts believers for holy living and service, forming us into the image of Christ and uniting us in one body (John 3:5–8; Acts 1:8; 1 Cor. 12).

Humanity & Sin

All people are created in God’s image and made for His glory, yet all have sinned and are in need of salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ (Gen. 1:26–27; Rom. 3:23; Eph. 2:8–9).

Salvation

We are saved by God’s grace through faith in Christ’s finished work—His death and resurrection. Believers are forgiven, justified, adopted, and kept by God’s power (Rom. 5:1; Titus 3:4–7; John 10:27–29).

The Church

The universal Church is the Body of Christ, made up of all believers. Local churches gather for worship, the Word, prayer, ordinances, fellowship, and mission; biblical leadership is exercised through qualified elders (Acts 2:42–47; 1 Pet. 5:1–4).

Ordinances

Baptism — A public profession of faith in Christ, symbolizing union with Him in His death and resurrection (Rom. 6:3–4).

Lord’s Supper — A remembrance of Christ’s sacrifice and proclamation of the gospel until He comes (1 Cor. 11:23–26).

Christian Living

By the Spirit’s power, believers pursue holiness, love God and neighbor, practice the one-anothers, and use spiritual gifts to build up the church and bless our community (Gal. 5:22–25; Rom. 12; John 13:34–35).

Christ’s Return

Jesus will return personally and visibly to consummate His kingdom, raise the dead, judge the world, and make all things new—where God will dwell with His people forever (Acts 1:11; Rev. 21–22).

Our Mission

Developing passionate followers of Jesus Christ—disciples who know God’s Word, share the gospel, and live as a family on mission.
